RETURN & REFUND POLICY Last updated: July 5, 2026

Overview At uFashion LLC, we want you to love what you ordered. As an online-only retailer, all purchases are fulfilled through our trusted third-party suppliers. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Intimates, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@ufashion.ai with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ufashion.ai with photos. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
